Retailer Guidelines

ThisNext is a tight-knit community of trusted, friends, advisors, and trendsetters. As a retailer you are a welcome and important part of our community. But like other members of our community, there are a few rules that you need to play by.

  • Spend some time getting to know us.

    Hang out, make some friends, and "learn the ropes." You'll figure it all out pretty fast if you make an effort.
  • Don't spam!

    Compliments and friend requests are powerful tools for you to find and nurture your customers in our community. Do not use them to spam people.
  • Deck out your profile.

    Upload images to bring your brand's look and feel to your profile. Filling out your "About Us" section also helps members get to know you better.
  • Negative reviews aren't the end of the world.

    Though the spirit of ThisNext is positive product recommendations, every once in a while one of your products might not get a glowing review. Really listen to what's being said and take it as an opportunity to do what you can to make an unsatisfied customer happy.
