This is brilliant film-making. It was so easy to relate to these characters and understand the decisions they make throughout the film - but really, what impressed the hell out of me was the fact that although the film is chock-full of nifty visual effects, none of them are digital. Every effect was done the old-fashioned way: smoke, mirrors, and actors running in circles around the camera. It's absolutely one to watch. Incredibly intelligent, so romantic, and totally unique.
