If you're like me, you have a lot of stuff to carry around. Laptop, hard drives, books, phone: you get the idea. This is the way to go. It'll hold your 17" Macbook Pro (or PC, if you are so inclined) and all of the accessories with no problem. And it's comfortable even when fully loaded.

Make no mistake, however, this is NOT a small pack and can be a little cumbersome on a crowded bus. If you're not into multi-day urban hikes, you can try the Nylon Slim pack: same features, smaller package.

These sound GREAT and are quite a bit less expensive than the QC2/QC3 phones. And they actually do a pretty good job of blocking outside noise.

Expensive as hell (comparatively), but if you're a design or photo pro it's a good place to start. Prints up to 17"x22" and produces beautiful work on a variety of media.

It lets me check my mail, surf the web and listen to music anywhere. Don't believe the stuff about becoming a slave to your Blackberry. I get my mail all day long, so I don't have to sit in front of my computer and wade through it when I get back to my desk. And did I mention that it's shiny?

Look folks, martinis aren't made with vodka. You can make vodka martinis, appletinis, even mango-cantaloupe-tinis. But a martini is made with gin, and you can't do better than this. Add a little of your favorite dry vermouth, shake, and toss in a couple of queen olives. Ahhhh...perfect!
