"Matches' new website is quickly becoming my favourite online designer mecca. My mother still tells me tales of taking trips down to London to shop in Biba when she was a teen, so I was very excited when the label made a comeback. This dress is fantastic - I can imagine it teamed with opaque black tights, big hot-rollered hair and Roget Vivier flat pumps. Gorgeous!"
