Araujo Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

"I'm not a wino and I don't pretend to be so I'll tell you about the reviews others have made. First and foremost, this wine is biodynamic which is above and beyond organic. The regulations are much more stringent than even organic. Additionally, this wine is known for its heavy silky texture with flavors of cassis, chocolate, and cedar. Sounds quite nummy if you ask me."

"We stumbled upon this place while touring the Santa Ynez valley. The tasting room was small and personal. There was none of the usual stuffiness of many vineyard tasting rooms. The wines were excellent and reasonably priced. The Sauvignon Blanc and the Cuvee le Bec are my favorites."
Natural wine

"Natural wine is wine made in the purist, simplest, and most difficult way. A healthy grape naturally possesses everything that is needed to make wine and a truly natural wine is made from organic grapes and nothing else."
2006 Fumé Blanc, Napa Valley

"This is yet another biodynamic wine grown near the San Francisco bay. It offers a whiff of kiwi, grapefruit, pineapple, and minerality."
Resonance Vineyard Pinot Noir

"This wine is another Demeter-certified biodynamic and infuses some fun flavors: pomegranate, raspberry, and a clover-like spice. Sounds quite delicious."
