"Who knows why I swore off plain white steamed rice (I swear it had nothing to do with a low-carb diet). But suddenly, I can't stop eating steamed brown rice. Like Asian cultures that eat plain white rice, I can eat brown rice plain (well, maybe a little bit of hot sauce). The fact that brown rice is higher in fiber and nutrients is an added benefit."
