Cybex Arc Trainer Global Fitness

"Although I do not own an Arc Trainer myself, I do use them frequently at my gym. I recommend this machine because it provides a comfortable workout with many options. It has 11 incline and 101 resistance levels for a well rounded adjustable workout. I tend to burn optimal calories on the arc trainer with less effort. This machine seems to be lower impact than other machines and easy on the knees."

"Oh yea baby. Work that booty and burn some calories on this machine. You can adjust the length of the stride and the resistance - and it comes with a built in tv (which makes working out so much better). Enjoy!"

"I took a class with one of these on a retreat a while back - and it really IS fun. A fun way to work out - it works your core and hips and butt and all those good places. Plus, it's way more fun than doing crunches. They usually come with fun videos, too, so you don't get bored. P.S. My mom has one of these, really."
