"These darling little Bud Vases make the perfect gift for any occassion. They come in three shapes - the Pansy, Sweet Pea, and Violet and are approximately 3-4"H and can be purchased from Crate&Barrel for $1.95/each."
Simon Pearce - Addison Carafe

"Even with the prevalence of Brita filter there is nothing I think is tackier than a Brita filter on a table. I love this carafe, I think it's intended for wine, but I'd use it for water or juice or anything. The deep base fits plenty of liquid. And the lack of decoration on the outside means it'll fit any decor!"
Simon Pearce - Buy Hand Blown Glass and Handmade Pottery - Wellesley Bowl

"If I was into blame, I would blame my love for spirals on my math love. Spherical spirals, Archimedean spirals, Fibonacci spiral and the Golden spiral are also so intriguing (and in some cases infinite) these bowls with the spherical spiral inching around the traditional base are utterly appealing. It's math, art and elegance all in one."
Simon Pearce - Wellesley Stemware

"Glass has always evokes the ethereal for me. Or at least interesting glass always does. This stemware with it's delicate wisps rises to plain airy. Besides, who wants to be one of those people that has the basic plain stemware. Stemware like this can accents flatware into one modern ethereal experience."
Hand Blown Glass and Handmade Pottery - Costa Bowl

"I'm all about the contrast. Bowls like these glass bowls from Simon Pearce (one of my favorite glass blowers? makers?) combine the dual contrast of clear and frosted glass with the alternating stripes. It's the all together modern version of black and white. Additionally I enjoy the fact that these bowls while bowl shaped are not traditionally bowl shaped."
Simon Pearce - Buy Hand Blown Glass and Handmade Pottery - Costa Pendant Lamp

"Frosted and clear glass play well together in this lap that I would like to see in a line above a dining room table, or possibly in the living room. The Simon Pearce showroom in Quechee, VT not only has a gorgeous setting (it's an old mill) and fantastic food, it also gives you a chance to see this glasswork close up. And yes, it is as pretty close up."

"Indulge your inner botanist and stow flowering stems within science-class glass. Through in some rice and *poof*, decorative accessory."
