"This is quite possibly my most favorite side dish, ever. It cooks in 5 minutes and it as easy as boiling water! It has impressed many of my guests because they think it is a really complicated dish, I haven't told them any different, lol. It comes in other pre-seasoned flavors but I particularly like the plain because you can spice it however you want. It is a good base for just about anything."
