Purex Complete 3-in-1 Laundry Dispenser with 20 Sheets
1 recommendation
"Love these!!! Simplified for a girl like me who does not like a bunch of boxes and plastic bottles. Just throw in the wash with your clothes, when cycle is complete, throw the sheet in the dryer with the clothes, that's it.!!! You can also use the the "used sheet" as a scrubby for cleaning. I do agree with the commercial, too bad it doesn't fold your clothes for you too!"
Indigo Wild Zum Clean for the Home
2 recommendations
"yummy scent leaves everything so nice and fresh, i love it! Zum Clean is not a detergent. It removes spots without creating blots - thanks to natural borax that softens water, baking soda that shows odor the door, vegetable glycerin that clings to dirty things, and essential oils so aromatic it brings new meaning to fashion sense..."
The Bio-D Company Ltd - Environmental Consultants
1 recommendation
"Since I have been going organic, I've been doing my best to make as many of the things I use environmentally friendly as possibly -- including laundry and home care (much to the dismay of those around me) and sadly, the only thing I couldn't find that was organic disinfectant and dishwasher cleaners. And lo' and behold -- Bio-D. Another UK company, I am afraid but fantastic products -- they do the..."
Method Smarty Dish Pink Grapefruit Detergent Duo
1 recommendation
"Besides being good for the environment, this is an easy way to use auto dish detergent. No more heavy, messy bottles and liquids, just place one of these tablets in the dishwasher and you're done. I love the smell of grapefruit and the citrus acid does a great job of getting dishes squeaky clean."
Bounce Fabric Softener Sheets
1 recommendation
"Bounce is less 'prefume-y' than Downy and some other brands of dryer sheets. It just leaves your clothes smelling fresh. (Tip: I like to put a sheet under my couch cushions.)"
Tide April Fresh Scent with Downy Scent
1 recommendation
"You have to get a detergent with the fabric softener already built in, that way you don't have to carry both back and forth to the laundry room. Just throw in the soap and when they're done washing, they're ready for the dryer. Tide with Downy is my favorite, because it reminds me of home. Those pesky dryer sheets are awfully wasteful, as well."
The Laundress: Wash & Stain Bars
1 recommendation
"These handy bars of soap are great for hand washing delicate items and for spot treating others that will go into the washer. Strong enough to remove stains, yet gentle enough to use on special fabrics."
Nellie's Laundry Nuggets
4 recommendations
"I'd buy these all natural laundry nuggets just for the packaging but the product itself is amazing. One little nugget, no bigger than a quarter, cleans an entire load of wash without harsh chemicals. And they work in both top or front loading machines."
Dropps Online Store

"WHAT A WASTE THE DETERGENT BOTTLE IS! This being something I say everytime I buy one. Did these people hear my private thoughts? Though they come in a plastic bag (my first thought), 292 of these bags equals one detergent bottle. Sounds good now, huh? Each packet comes without being all watered down, is good for one load and the outside totally dissolves in water. Biodegradable, phosphate a..."
Dreft Laundry Detergent
1 recommendation
"Dreft laundry detergent contains no dyes or harsh chemicals. It rinses thoroughly, lessening the chances for skin irritation. The lack of harsh chemicals and fragrance is also good for allergies you may not know your baby has."
Nellie's Dryerballs

"my mom got me these as a gift and i am very happy with them. i wanted to try to get away from the dryer sheets because they are supposedly not very good for your fabrics.... these dryer balls seem to make my laundry just as soft as when I use Bounce dryer sheets."

Thymes to Do the Dishes
1 recommendation
"What: Thymes Kitchen Cleaning Products Why: Call me strange, but I’m just as happy receiving dish soap instead of wine as a hostess gift. Really, but I’m not talking about the cheap stuff like Palmolive (although I spend so much time at the kitchen sink, I’ll gladly take that, too). I’m talking about Thymes. If you’ve never tried anything from the line, you’re missing out because their p..."
Power Stain Remover
1 recommendation
"One benefit this stain remover has over other spot removers is a big one: It will NOT damage your clothes. Brush the stain. It’s gone. Works on any and all washable garments. Just put a touch of liquid detergent on the stain. Dip the stained part in water and turn on your power stain remover... and the stain is gone!"
Perwoll Black Magic Detergent

"This detergent intensifies black and dark colors! Amazing. I personally, don't wear black clothes. I use this for all my dark blue jeans and it is amazing!"
Soapnut | Washnut - eco friendly and natural detergent
1 recommendation
"The soapnut is one of the best things that could happen to skin, laundry and the environment - oh, and your wallet. They are 100% natural and fully bio-degradable (i.e. they go on the compost), free of colourings or aggressive chemicals. Ironically, the shell of the soapnut (the part that contains the saponin) is a leftover, while the nut itself is used in the pharmaceutical industry."
Soapfoarmer
1 recommendation
"The Soap-brush from Menu kills two birds with one stone: It saves detergent and protects the environment in this way, and it looks smart on the kitchen table. Pour water and some drops of detergent into the soft rubber dish, put the spring with the steel washer in the dish, and place the brush on top. By pushing the brush up and down a couple of times, you generate ample foam for managing the wash..."
Eco-Balls by Ecozone
3 recommendations
"An environment-friendly alternative to conventional washing machine detergents. Eco Balls are reuseable for up to 1,000 washes (based on a 30 minute wash cycle), so they're much cheaper than conventional detergents. In the washing machine they produce "ionized oxygen that activates the water molecules naturally and allows them to penetrate deep into clothing fibres to lift dirt away". No ide..."

Charlie's Soap - Laundry Powder
9 recommendations
"I love this stuff. We originally bought it to clean baby clothes and cloth diapers, but we soon found it is great on everything - plus it's very cost-effective (you only need a tablespoon for a large load). There are no perfumes or dyes, and we haven't even needed fabric softener since it gets everything so clean."

Dr. Bronner - Castile Soap Peppermint

"This is the “do everything” soap. You can wash your hands, your hair, feed your plants, etc. and it smells great and again, great copy on the package to read if you find yourself wanting to zone out for a few minutes."
Caldrea White Tea Laundry Detergent
2 recommendations
"Everything from Caldrea smells so good it makes you want to go roll in a meadow. But the White Tea detergent and Citrus Mint Ylang Ylang Powdered Scrub take the cake."
Tyler Candle Products - Glamorous Wash
1 recommendation
"Laundry detergent, or Glamour Wash in the "Diva" flavor. If you love Angel perfume by Thierry Mugler you'll LOVE the Diva scent. High Maintenance is also divine. I use it to wash my linens and towels. It will perfume your entire room! They also sell the candles and you can find them at most Hallmark stores. But the Glamour wash is difficult to find excpet for online."
method Triple Concentrated Laundry Detergent, HE - Fresh Air
1 recommendation
"Initially I bought this bottle of detergent to keep in my dorm room. It is triple concentrated so the bottle is really small. I was impressed with the quality of the product after a few uses: using a really small amount, it would clean large batches of cloths, and I found the "fresh air" smell to not be overwhelming or obnoxious."
Woolite For All Darks Detergent
1 recommendation
"In all honestly, about 90% of my wardrobe is black. A huge part of the reason for that is that I am not a morning person and I am not good at matching, so an all-black wardrobe assists in being to actually get out of the house in the morning. Imagine my chagrin when this morning, while rushing out of the house layered in too many black clothes...when I realized that the black of my nearly new card..."
