"OK, I never expected to get jazzed up about pots and pans. We got the set of Emerilware for our wedding and I am totally impressed. The non-stick actually works and does not get all blackened and non-non-stick after 30 uses. I have to spray the pan with a little Pam when cooking eggs, otherwise I am pretty much spray-free. Best part? Cleaning the pans is a breeze. I hate the phrase "Ba..."
