I have this fleur de sel caramel recipe that I'm dying to try out and sure enough Surfas in Culver City carries the gourmet sea salt. The connoisseur's choice for sea salts, Fleur de Sel salt crystals are harvested from the Camargue region near Provence. Sprinkle over foods just before serving.
