If you like red wines and a bitter taste this is the one to choose. I like it because I can tell that the grapes have retained their acidity and the bitter taste keeps me on my feet at any party. "I haven't had too many rieslings so I'm not completely an expert, but I really liked this wine a lot. It's got a little bit of residual sugar but not too much. What can I say other than it's delicious? I know, not the most helpful tasting note but sometimes all you have is an emotional response to something that is simple but pure."
