Vintage 2005 is just refreshing and great with anything. I like to serve it with cocktails.
2004 is just as good, but I like 2005.
Spectators give it scores in the 90s.

"German wine is known for its acidity. The reason for this is that vineyards are grown in high climates. The Trollinger is one such wine. If you like red wines and a bitter taste this is the one to choose. I like it because I can tell that the grapes have retained their acidity and the bitter taste keeps me on my feet at any party. Those who like dark beer will love this wine."

"German wine was first produced in 100 B.C. by the Romans. Later, the Church took over and finally Napolean in the 1800s. Dorsa wine has always been a German favorite. Made from dark grapes, which are rare are used to make an unusal dark, rich taste. You can get this wine on globalwineespirits.com. Once you order some you will be back."

"I haven't had too many rieslings so I'm not completely an expert, but I really liked this wine a lot. It's got a little bit of residual sugar but not too much. What can I say other than it's delicious? I know, not the most helpful tasting note but sometimes all you have is an emotional response to something that is simple but pure."
