Sloan's album Twice Removed, released in 1994, was famously named "The Best Canadian Album of All Time" by Chart Attack magazine. Many scoffed at the fledging East Coast quartet's album being placed higher than any by Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, Rush or The Tragically Hip but now, over ten years late...morer, they're still churning out the same fantastic easy, sunny indie power pop/rock and they're front-runners for the title of "The Best Canadian Band of All Time".
