"Cute overload. I love these. It's funny, it takes forever to find cute shoes in america, but then you go and look at the japanese and korean brands, and find some right away. Go figure. And they are way cheaper. So, cheaper, and cuter? A+ The only thing is that you have to be lucky enough to find the shoe in your size."

"I would get these in both colors. They come in silver and black. The bow is placed in just the right spot, and is just the right size. The subtle detail on the bows, along with the shimmer of the shoes, mix together to create a fun and stylish look."
3-Iron Movie Review and Trailer
1 recommendation
"3-Iron (original Korean title: 빈집 or Bin-jip, meaning Empty Houses) is a 2004 artistic film from Kim Ki-duk. Although it is a drama/romance film it is also a piece of art and a masterpiece of cinema. Pure poetry."
Hwa-To Cards
1 recommendation
"I use to play this card game in Korea. It's a lot of fun and I friend I made there even gave me a set of cards. Although, the game was referred to as "Go" or "go-stop". I need to brush up on it because I've forgotten the rules. Makes a great gift."
Jajangmyeon
1 recommendation
"I love Jajangmyeon. I'm a noodle fiend so I can't get enough. It's a Korean Chinese dish. I haven't been able to find it at restaurants here in the States. In Seoul you can get it at Chinese restaurants. Noodles, covered in a savory dark brown sauce with nuggets of sauteed onions and potatoes in it. Mouth watering."
Bibim Naeng Myun - Korean Cold Spicy Buckwheat Noodles
1 recommendation
"This is my all time #1 favorite Korean dish. It combines three of my favorite things: spicy, noodles and sauce. This is the ideal summer dish and I highly recommend it. Usually its served in a metal bowl, as seen in the picture, with sliced cucumber or green apple and few ice cubes dropped in to keep it cool."

ZAGAT San Francisco Bay Area Restaurants 2009

"When it comes to eating out in NYC there's a TON of options. I've lived here for 12 years so I've got a few favorites. But with the rate restaurants open and close, it's hard to keep up with the new spots. I can't wait to thumb through next years Zagat guide."
Korean Number Wall Clock
1 recommendation
"I kind of need this clock if I'm going to remember the simple numbers I learned in my Korean class. As a matter of fact, my apartment needs a new clock, maybe I'll just get this. My roommate will still be able to tell the time, and I'll practice my numbers in Korean."
Proud to be a Korean KR Oval Sticker
1 recommendation
"Driving around with this on your car may confuse people until they actually get close enough to read the little bottom part (in which case, you may need to call your insurance agent since your rear bumper will be under someone else's car) but the good news is: they'll know you're proud to be Korean."
A Step From Heaven: An Na

"I'll never know what my mom really went through to come over to the U.S. from Korea but this book details some experiences other Koreans have/could have. The story is told from the viewpoint of a young child and many of the terms/concepts referenced are familiar to me (mi gook=america/american, Young Ju is actually my cousin's name, halmoni=grandma) but I'm sure I'll learn more form this book."

"The Korean film industry is stepping their game up when it comes to big budget creature features. There's danger along the Han River! Check it out. Its refreshing to see a monster movie that doesn't follow the usual American cinematic conventions we're use to."
