"I really like this vineyard because they employ the biodynamic way of farming and their wines are organic. Yay environment! This wine in particular is really great because of its fruit flavors - especially green apple (a personal fave). Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect summer wine - it goes great with seafood, grilled summer veggies and light pasta dishes - like pesto. Yum!"
