"In print or online, the Village Voice is a weekly must read of editorials and reviews of whats going on and who's doing what in NYC. Great movie reviews and thought provoking and fist pounding articles on hot button political topics most periodicals would be afraid to touch."

"I may have been living in LA for the past 5 years, but I'm a New Yorker through and through and I read the Post every day to keep me in touch with my home ... I write some gritty stuff and the Post keeps me on point ... If I become too "LA", my writing might get soft, and I can't let that happen!"

Wall Street Journal’s Personal Journal section
1 recommendation
"I confess that I never read the “Money & Investing” section, but PJ and “Marketplace” help me keep up. Tara Parker-Pope’s health reporting, among that of other WSJ reporters, has more energy and relevance than a lot of what the New York Times seems to be doing, health-wise. Sadly, so much about health these days is related to money (drugs, health care), so maybe that’s why they seem more current..."
