I am militant about humidifiers. If you know me and don't have one? You will. I will make your life a living hell until you break down and buy one. Why? Because once you turn your heat on for the season, the air starts drying out. Your wood furniture and trim gets cranky. But worst of all? Your nose...more responds to the dryness by producing wetness. ie sniffles.
