Trefethen Family Vineyards - 2007 Estate Dry Riesling

"This is a much acclaimed wine. I am more of a fan of the more berry flavored wines and this one has more of a lemon-lime flavor but there isn't a better wine out there to go with seafood. I had it with sushi and it made the perfect balance."
Trefethen Family Vineyards -2006 Estate Late Harvest Riesling

"This is a great dessert wine and has a peachy/apricot flavor. It reminds me of the apricot tree I used to have in my backyard growing up. This would be perfect for a eating with a piece of pie on the porch on a warm evening. Total nostalgia wine for me."

"Waterford Evolution continues to demonstrate the transforming power of creativity in the shaping of colors in fine art glass. Characterized by a sense of undulating movement achieved through the interplay of the two stunning colors, this piece is testimony to the artistry of the glass blower who makes magic with molten liquid and color. Fiery gold flows and moves with great combustible energy. Th..."
St. Urbans-Hof Riesling 2005

"This riesling is just smooth. I have a hard time finding it in stores. They mostly carry 2006 or 2007. Vintage 2005 is just refreshing and great with anything. I like to serve it with cocktails. 2004 is just as good, but I like 2005. Spectators give it scores in the 90s. Barrique Wine Decanter with Cork Ball Lid

"Why I love this? Because it's round, round, round... And may be if you rub it and open the cork, you will find a genie...NOT. :) Honestly, that's what I thought of the first time I saw it. Genie in a bottle. This unique Barrique Wine Decanter has a cork lid so it's perfect since I am sometimes confused what to do with the leftover wine in a wine decanter without a lid."

"Wine flavored sorbet? They must have been dreaming about me when they made this. The champagne flavor is especially good. It's light and refreshing and the alcohol doesn't overwhelm it at all."
Smith-Madrone Riesling

"I call them the “mountain men”! They were planting vines in the montainous areas of Napa before anyone else was. Their Reisling sells out every year before it moves out the door. Their chardonnay is SO cheese friendly, and their Cabernet is really unique. It stands out from others."
2006 Max Ferd. Richter Zeppelin Riesling, Mosel, Germany - $14.99: Domaine547 - Store
1 recommendation
"I haven't had too many rieslings so I'm not completely an expert, but I really liked this wine a lot. It's got a little bit of residual sugar but not too much. What can I say other than it's delicious? I know, not the most helpful tasting note but sometimes all you have is an emotional response to something that is simple but pure."
2006 Milbrandt Riesling Columbia Valley
