"Seitan is such a great meat alternative. I personally don't like to each too much soy, so seitan is a savior. With this mix, making your own seitan is a breeze in your home. Just add water to form the dough, then boil the dough in the broth of your choice, and you've got seitan du juor. I'm not sure how much it makes but I'd imagine it will last you for at least a week, and the mix is only $2.49. ..."
