"Every year around the end of April, the first harvest of green tea is produced in Japan. This first flush, called Shincha, is the best tea you can get. I am a huge fan of this Midori, from my experience last year. This year's crop is a little finicky when it comes to brewing. Get yourself a good thermometer and timer and you shuold be ok ... after a few adjustments."
