"These wheels are bulky, cheaply made, and break easily. They are a real waste of money, and the customer service if you have a problem, at the manufacturer, are little help. My recommendation is to go the the container store website. That's where I got my shoe rack replacement. They have variety, and style. The Rakku is style with no substance!"
