It looks highly surreal and I will double down that it will give me nightmares. I'm not going to anticipate a cohesive story line, but it should be a fascinating and visually stunning ride."

"I loved this version. It begins with an elderly Alice (who the story was based on) on her way to the U.S. to participate in a celebration of Lewis Carol and his books. The movie then segues into flashbacks of her childhood and the fantasy world. This version was a bit darker. The puppets (made by Jim Henson's Workshop) were kind of scary and nightmarish."

After looking at some stills I realized I had seen it eons ago. Its a musical version and stars Dudley Moore (that was the only actor I could recognize by name) Oh, and Peter Sellers (The Pink Panther). From what I remember, this movie was better than the NBC..."
