Treachery

I'm a huge Neil Gaiman fan, and his novella Stardust, illustrated by Charles Vess, is really fun and definitely among the best. The movie is a nice adaptation of the story, and they do a very good job of keeping the heart of the story intact, while re-writing it to make sense on screen. In the pro...morecess you get a minor character reworked to be Robert DeNiro as a flamboyant pirate of the sky, which is such wacky fun. If you enjoyed the book, you won't be let down by the movie. If you've never read the book, then you should, but it's a bit fantasy, a bit action, a dash of love story, and a ton of fun. If you liked Princess Bride, you'll like this.
