I've bought two serious desktop PCs from ABS over three years. These are killer, high-end, Alienware type machines but they are made by a small outfit in the Valley. I found these guys from the video game message boards where gamers praised them for their service and for their amazing prices.

The...morey were right... I've had no problems with the machines and when you call ABS someone in the US picks up and DOESN'T read you the manual (which is what most folks hate about DELL customer service).

They also keep you informed of the status of your machine every step of the way and they send you a nice binder with all the documents in it. They test the machien hard, and because they are a small company you really get a great product and a high comfort level.

How ironic it is that 25 years later the best deals and service come from startup companies! These guys are just amazing.
