The original “Rock Beat Rhythm Sticks” have been selling out world wide, so if you’ve got the rhythm and you’ve got the beat…..............you need the Rhythm Sticks! These electronic drumsticks come with enough bells and whistles to satisfy most "closet" drummers. Just turn them on and drum away - each tap produces a synthesised sound from the built in speakers at the base of the sticks. The tip of the sticks even light up with each beat! Buttons on each stick change the sound from a snare drum to a tom-tom and a crash cymbal. Create your own rhythms - or drum along to a snappy rock melody which can be switched on in one of the sticks. These electronic rhythm sticks are sure to be an instant hit!

You can never have too many glow sticks at Burning Man. No, they're not for waving back and forth at a DJ while you're on the dance floor. (Though, I did witness "kids" doing this when Oakenfold and Tiesto spun at the 2005 Burning Man. My head was shaking. It's not a concert, folks!) Anyhow, I clip these to my backpack, tape them on the spokes of my bike (which creates fancy spinning lights when you are riding), tie them to my tent stakes so people don't trip, and yes, even use them as ambient lighting if the night calls for it. They're very handy! For a VERY funny video of how great glow sticks are, check out this video I've referenced. Seriously, it's excellent!

Hit the drums on the shirt and they play through the built in speaker. Yep - it's not a joke. It's a real drum kit on a shirt. Takes up a lot less space and almost zero roadies to set up. Perfect for those bored office moments - if only they had a headphone jack. Of course, then you'd look pretty crazy just thumping your thest for no reason. Then again, I never thought people would wear a cell phone on their ear and talk into space, but that happened.

I have my drums in a relatively small room -- practicing with regular sticks is often just too painful without ear protection. These sticks have the weight of regular sticks but are much quieter. I prefer using them to using mute pads. Even though they won't work for rolls (they just don't have the right bounce), they are still the sticks I always grab first when practicing.
