  • Panettone Cake Panettone Cake - Photo

    Recommendation:

My holidays wouldn't be complete without at least one (or half a dozen) Panettone cakes! Panettone is a sweet, fluffy and fragrant pastry of Italian origin. The soft buttery dough gets its signature taste from candied orange and lemon zest. You'll find an occasional raisin here and there too. This tall Italian fruit cake goes perfectly with a hot beverage on a chilly winter afternoon. Try it - you're bound to find a new holiday tradition! You can find some online but look around locally first. You'll probably find it for way under $10. I have tried many of them and not a single one was disappointing.

One box of Pinky Mandarine Orange Mint. I love pinky candy. I came across them while travelling to japan, and I bought something like 10 boxes while in LA a few month ago. This is my last box, so I will have to find a new supplier soon. I just love the little pinky monkey, and there is usually a single monkey shaped candy in each box.

  • Hard Candy Sweet Spot Lip Gloss Hard Candy Sweet Spot Lip Gloss - Photo

    Recommendation:

    • shefinds

I was given some red lip gloss last Christmas, which usually conjures up ideas of something berry-flavored, but when I put it on, was startled to discover its chocolate flavor. It was interesting and tasted better than the plain stuff, but there are some things that, well, shouldn’t be chocolate. Lip gloss is one of those things. Recently, I decided to give flavored lip gloss another chance, this time picking up Hard Candy’s ‘Hippie Chick’ -– a sparkling pink gloss with a fresh orange flavor. Unlike its chocolate cousin, this lip gloss reminded me positively of Minute Maid or Sunny-D. It’s sweet, sweet candy….without the calories and imparts an astonishing shimmery pout. Not only that, but it’s also vegan.

Supplemeting your body with creatine is a must if you workout regularly. It is most useful if you do weightlifting, but it's good if you do any sports, since it reduces muscle fatique enabling you to perform at the high level of intensity for longer. This form of creatine is very convenient - no need to mix a protein shake, you can chew a wafer anytime with a glass of water. The orange flavor is my favorite - it tastes pretty much like candy.
