this is really classy. they're marketed as martini chillers (which will be the most popular use for them, in my house anyway) but you can put anything from seveche to pudding in these really pretty glasses. just put ice in the bottom and when you're not drinking/using the top glass just let it rest in the holder. easy as that.

Moorish-style Malibu tile was commonly used in Los Angeles public buildings and Beverly Hills mansions until the renowned Malibu Potteries burned down in 1932. Sixty years later, Sean McLean discovered a small studio of artists still making the tiles, and in 1993, he set up California Pottery and Tile Works to breathe life back into the dying art form. Now 70 employees produce the bas-relief tiles inside a 20,000-square-foot factory. In addition to original replications, California Pottery and Tile Works produces Art Nouveau, Art Deco and Celtic motifs, as well as custom designs. For residences, these colorful, hand-glazed tiles have been used for pools, fountains and murals.

Organic forms come naturally to the award-winning planters, urns and other vessels in the Architectural Pottery collection from Vessel USA. Owner Mike Stephenson, a ceramist, says he’s always been a design addict and a collector of post-war modern design. "When I started the company in the early 1990s, sculptural ceramic containers were not readily available," he says. "So I saw an opportunity to start a business in a medium I love." The collection, which is offered in custom finishes, is sold through selected showrooms and design galleries, the firm’s website and its catalog.

This product does exactly what it is supposed to. It keeps the childs seat cool. Living in Arizona, we have a crazy amount of hot days resulting in a scorching hot car. The result is an extremely hot car seat as well. The Seat Chiller however keeps it cool. The Seat Chiller is not to be used while the child is in the seat but rather before the child is placed into it. We take the unit out of our freezer a few minutes prior to leaving and when we get into the car, the seat is nice and chilled. The gel packs keep the unit cool for quite some time. I am tempted to steal this from my son as it works so well. I wonder when they are coming out with a model for adults.

$108.99 (was $260-- save 58%!) Ok, it's not quite right for wearing to a board meeting. I'll admit that. But most of us already have plenty of work appropriate jewelry. This diamond encrusted martini glass is pure fun! Plus, there is something incredibly luxe about having a gold and diamond martini glass in your jewelry wardrobe. I love it!

I don't really believe in socks, not for grown-up girls at least. And I certainly don't believe that grown ups should wear socks with pictures on them. But . . . I do believe in a nice martini, and I can see where having some pretty martinis on your feet (under a pair of boots, say, or around the house) might put a smile on your face. Or on mine, certainly.

I love a good martini, in large part because I love martini-related barware. The glasses! The shaker! The pitcher! The mister! Wait, you say, the MISTER? Yes, the mister. Fill with dry Vermouth, spray across the surface of the gin (or vodka, if you must) and serve. With a twist of lemon, please. (Also, you DO know not to shake a martini, don't you? Keep your liquor in the freezer; use the martini shaker to make iced coffee. Trust me.)
