When you go out, you never know where to hang your purse. Most of the time, it ends up on the floor, and god knows how dirty floors can be. When you can find a spot next to you, or on the back of your chair, you always have to worry about purse snatchers. I recently discovered ClipChic. This very compact accessory lets you hang your purse on almost any table (if it's not thicker than like 3-4 inches). It is pretty slick as it only works with gravity. You can carry it anywhere as it is pretty small and will fit in any purse. I bought a few for my friends and family for the holidays. It is not very expensive, and a good gift idea, especially for stylish women who have everything!

I think I'd be a great gift wrap. I've been wondering for a while if I would ever make a bag so big that you could hide inside in case of emergency. Now I am glad I did. This is my family beach bag this Summer. Inside you will be able to carry a beach blanket(we use a queen size quilt,)5 beach towels, bathing suits for 5, and a cosmetic bag. The zippered outside pocket will hold sunscreen. The outside pouch pocket can hold cell phones or sunglasses. Obviously this can also be a weekender bag. When I flew to Seattle the other day, I tried it out as my carry-on and it worked great. I think I was the best looking traveler in the airport. As far as carrying on an airplane though, you have to be aware not to load it to full capacity, so it will fit in the overhead bin. I had no problem at all.

Why don't I have these yet? I've been a Converse naysayer for a while now - I've always thought they make your feet look weirdly long - but after trying on a pair just now, I take it back. They run big, so you can get a half size down and make your feet look smaller, plus they are SO COMFORTABLE I AM PRACTICALLY ASLEEP. ($42 at Zappos - with free shipping! I'm heading home to Vermont over Christmas. I like Vermont and I like visiting my family, but my favorite part of the whole trip will be going to Maine. For Maine, Maine is my place.
